Guest Speaker Webinars: Anna Tacconi (Johnson & Johnson)

The Guest Speaker Series welcomes Anna Tacconi, who discusses the famous MBA triple jump. She talks about her transition from a finance role in the construction equipment industry, to discovering healthcare during her MBA at ESADE Business & Law School. Having excelled at her MBA, ranking 7th out of 189 students, she then started her journey at Johnson & Johnson in their IRDP (MBA graduate programme) as Strategic Project Manager, taking lead on multiple cross-functional initiatives across the EMEA region. She now holds the position of Product Manager – Mood Disorders for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Janssen, J&J’s Pharmaceutical arm, working on the therapy area strategy for the EMEA region.

Speaker Bio

Anna started her career in Finance, after graduating from University Commerciale Luigi Bocconi with a BSc in Economics and Finance, and a MSc in International Management + CEMS (double degree) from the Global Alliance in Management Education. Her finance career spanned from Shell, WABCO, Ingram Micro and finally to Volvo Construction Equipment, where she was in the role of Controller Financial Planning & Analysis, creating processes to support IT and communications, and enhancing global spend visibility.

After commencing her MBA in 2016 at ESADE Business & Law School, she interned at Eli Lilly and Company, and discovered her passion for healthcare. In 2017, she went on an exchange semester to Northwestern Univeristy’s Kellogg School of Management, and started to narrow her focus and learning into the healthcare industry, whilst building her network. In April 2018, Anna started her healthcare journey at Janssen EMEA (Johnson & Johnson) as Strategic Project Manager for 2 years. She now holds the role of EMEA Product Manager for Mood Disorders in Brussels, Belgium.
